SmartFill Pro comes with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
If you subscribe and decide within 14 days of your first paid charge that SmartFill isn't a good fit, email iejarvisai@gmail.com from the address on your receipt and we'll refund your first charge in full. No forms, no questionnaire, no hoops.
This applies once per customer, to your first paid period only — whether you subscribed to Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, or either with the 50% Contributor Discount.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same payment plan until you cancel. Renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Options page inside the extension (or by replying to any renewal receipt); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
We don't pro-rate or refund partial billing periods after the 14-day window has passed. If you cancel mid-period, SmartFill remains active until the period you've paid for ends — you don't lose access early, but you also don't receive a mid-cycle refund.
If you see a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you didn't authorise, let us know right away. We'll investigate and issue a full refund if the charge was in error.
Refund requests showing patterns of abuse — repeated refunded trials from the same person, subscriptions used intensively right up to the 14-day cutoff and then refunded, chargeback fraud — may be declined. We reserve this right and rarely exercise it.

SmartFill uses Paddle as its merchant of record. Paddle processes the refund once we approve it. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
This Refund Policy supplements, and does not replace, the SmartFill Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this page and the Terms, the Terms control, except that where this Refund Policy grants you a more favourable right, that right applies.
